The following are the programs conducted throughout the year by the WNYAFA in collaboration with the Buffalo Bills Organization.

​In addition, the WNYAFA is comprised of  10 - (ten) Leagues &  ​86 - (Eighty-six) Organizations of Youth Football in WNY all competing in accordance with USA Football guidelines.
